    Slip On The Pole

“You cannot use chalk! It is necessary for hands to get used to!”

I am extremely amused by the fact that this phrase is still not an outdated joke and there are a lot of followers and distributors of it!

No doubt, with the flow of training process in pole dancing the need in chalk falls away, and those who slipped earlier stop to slip.

But let’s figure out who and why.

We slip for two reasons: 1 Weak hands, 2. Wet Hands.

If the first reason can be corrected, the second one not! (Exception-serious hormonal changes).

Here comes a person with a normal skin to the pole.

And slips a bit, of course.

After all, the grip of hands is still not enough to hold steady its own weight!

Over a period of time, our hero becomes stronger, forearms become stronger, slipping starts to reduce or stops at all.

And hero finds nothing better but to think that hands skin got accustomed!

Yes, yes sacred pole cured the palms and they became dry?

And if you use chalk, then it will, of course, penetrate into the blood and cause addiction?

Why are there facial creams for dry and oily skin?

    Because we are different!

If you are the owner of dry skin, will you advise to everybody your cream?

To scream that creams for oily skin are bad?

Why is this happening to chalk? I meet so many students who slip so that they can do absolutely nothing, but they don’t use chalk, because previous coach said not to use it, otherwise the hands would get used to it “.

Yes, and you should not rinse fat from the plates with Fairy, use only water, otherwise the plates would get used to it!

And flowers you’d better water as often as cactuses, they can also get used to it.

    Sincerely, Christina Dumanskaja
