Sophisticated Tricks Vs Effective Ones

If  you  ever  showed  a  video  to  your  friends,  you  surely  noticed  how  they  yawn  when  you  perform  a  forced  lift  and  scream  with  delight  when  you  do  an  ordinary  hang.

To  avoid  being  underappreciated,  learn  how  to  choose  between  sophisticated  and  effective  tricks.

Analyze  to  learn  which  elements  work  out  best  in  this  or  that  situation.

What  is  your  audience?    Are  you  dealing  with  a  novice  or  a  referee  of  many  championships?  Is  it  a  colleague  on  the  pylon  or  a  trainer?  A  lady  friend  or  a  husband?      Opt  for  effective  elements  if  you  face  a  layman  spectator  or  if  your  elements  are  not  appraised  by  anybody,  for  instance,  in  case  of  an  exhibition  performance.

A  sophisticated  element  calls  for  strength,  endurance  and  concentration.

But  in  this  particular  case  it’s  more  important  to  create  an  atmosphere  or  show  fine  outlines  than  demonstrate  your  maximum  capabilities.

A  novice  will  not  see  the  difference  between  two  splits  if  one  of  them  calls  for  strength  and

balance  while  another  is  done  effortlessly.

A  person  not  familiar  with  subtleties  of  the  pole  dance  will  only  see  a  good  stretch  in  both  cases.

Use  sophisticated  elements  if  you  are  going  to  participate  in  a  competition  where  techniques  are  at  a  premium,  e.g.,  pole  sport  competition,  ipsf and  etc.
