I will tell you when our body is 100% productive!

Of course, we all want to do something not just for nothing but in order to achieve the greatest result, and also without kicking ourselves in the rear with long persuasion to begin training!
So, the best time for training is so called (by me) insulin time, when blood glucose level slowly decreases after the first meal, and it seems to be the time of raising it with the next meal, but no – here it can be supported with a good training!
This time is approximately 11.00 or 12.00 a.m., when everybody helps themselves with coffee and sugar, and you confidently and productively work with the pole during 2 hours!
The same insulin situation takes place during the nooning, about 5.00 or 6.00 p.m.!
So, you want productivity?
Adjust to your biorhythms and meals and schedule your trainings at 11/12 a.m or 5/6 p.m.!
Or 2 times a day – that will be even better J
