Opendance.Academy is a website with URL address www.opendance.academy and Mobile App installed on a smartphone, tablet, watch or any other mobile device and/or activated such Mobile Application on one of the specified devices.

The Mobile Application means the following software:  OpenDance. The developer, copyright holder, and provider of the Mobile App is OPENDANCE Academy (57 The Round Drive Avoca Beach NSW 2251 Australia). 

You can delete your Opendance.Academy account at any time. If you change your mind, you might not be able to recover after a certain amount of time.

Step 1: 

Learn what deleting your account means

  • In accordance with the “Privacy Policy” you’ll lose all the data and content in that account, like name, date of birth, users’ photos, gender, email address, mailing address, telephone number, payment methods.
  • You won’t be able to use Mobile App  installed on a smartphone, tablet, watch or any other mobile device and/or activate such Mobile Application on one of the specified devices where you sign in with that account. 
  • You’ll lose access to subscriptions and content you bought with that account on website www.opendance.academy (Site) or through Mobile App.
  • We will not retain your contact information or username unless it is required by law or certain legal requirements. In some cases, we may retain a limited amount of personal data for legal and other purposes if permitted or required by law.

Step 2: 

Нow to send a request to delete an account from the website on PC:

  • To submit an account deletion request using a browser on your PC, open the website www.opendance.academy
  • Go to the Contact page.
  • Fill out and send us the form  Send A Message
  • Within 14 days of your request, we will permanently delete your account and all of its data

Step 3: 

Нow to send a request to delete an account from the Mobile App:

  • Sign in to OpenDance Mobile App from your device
  • From the menu on the left, select Contact Us , then click on Contact Us
  • Fill out and send us the form  Send A Message
  • Within 14 days of your request, we will permanently delete your account and all of its data
